Music for Weddings, Parties, and Special Occasions

Pipe on the Hob is one of the most prominent Celtic Music bands playing in the Central Valley. Based in Fresno, California they are known for their exciting blend of Irish and Scottish music. Fast reels and jigs are mixed with beautiful slow airs and songs.

 

The band in its present form features:

Donn Beedle on fiddle, viola, and mandola

Carl Johnsen on hammered dulcimer, whistles and flute

Kathryn Johnsen on Irish harp and keyboard

Karana Hattersley-Drayton on vocals, keyboard and guitar

 

Pipe on the Hob has played for public and private events throughout the San Joaquin Valley including the Fresno and Bakersfield Scottish Games, Irish themed events at local pubs and restaurants (including Fresno’s Elbow Room), the Fresno Philharmonic and numerous libraries. 

 

They are available to provide music for weddings, parties and special occasions. in Fresno and the surrounding area
